From Pakistan to Gaza, in partnership with Alkhidmat Foundation, we provided aid to 24.64 million people, totalling £71 million in relief and support.
Your 2025 Impact at a Glance
Gaza
n 2025, we continued to deliver urgent daily aid to displaced families, including hot meals, food packs, clean water and medical support. We also focused on human capacity development through sponsorships for Gaza’s orphans, the bereaved families of healthcare workers, and Gaza’s medical students. Our infrastructure initiatives, including the Al-Huriya Clinic, the Al-Bander Clinic and the Aghosh UK Hope Camp, provided critical services and support to the people of Gaza.
Pakistan Floods
Flash floods affected millions of people and damaged thousands of homes across Pakistan. Our Disaster Management teams and thousands of our volunteers carried out rescue and relief missions on the frontlines. Our teams also provided cooked food, clean drinking water, medical care, ration packs, hygiene kits, and temporary shelters to flood victims. Tent schools and tent villages were also set up to support children’s education and help communities.
CLEAN WATER
In Pakistan, nearly 53% of the population still lacks safe water. Aghosh UK–Alkhidmat Foundation is responding to this urgent need by installing 12,616 community hand pumps 308 filtration plants and 3,169 water pumps and wells.
HEALTH
Our accessible, affordable healthcare services remain a vital source of hope for the disadvantaged and underprivileged. 57 hospitals, 55 ambulances, 55 medical centres, 296 ambulances and mobile health units, as well as blood banks, diagnostic centres and medical camps are operational in Pakistan. We also renovated Al-Huriya Clinic and Al-Bander Clinic to provide healthcare services in Gaza.
ORPHAN CARE
Pakistan is home to over 4.6million orphans. Through our Orphan Care Programme, we supported 31,967 orphans who live at home with their mothers or relatives. Aghosh UK also launched a similar initiative in Gaza, which has at least 39,000 orphaned children. 1000+ orphans in Gaza are currently sponsored.
AGHOSH HOMES
Aghosh Homes provide accommodation, support, education, nutritious food, clothing and healthcare to orphan boys and girls in high-quality residential settings. 25 Aghosh Homes for orphans are operational in various cities across Pakistan, and 1 in Gaziantep, Turkiye. 7 new Aghosh Homes are under construction.
RAMADAN RELIEF
Ramadan ration packs and iftar meals were delivered to help communities through the holy month with ease and dignity in Gaza & Pakistan.
QURBANI
In 2025, we distributed fresh Qurbani meat to widows, orphans and the poor in Pakistan, as well as Palestinian refugees in Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.
WINTER RELIEF
We delivered blankets, winter support packs to help orphans and families living in remote areas of Pakistan especially AJK and Gilgit Baltistan to help them get through the harsh winter season.
EDUCATION
73 Child Protection Centres are operational in Pakistan. These centres provide free education, text books, learning support and healthcare to street children of different ages.We gave scholarships to 1,569 talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds for further education. We also sponsored talented medical students from Gaza to complete their studies in Gaza and in universities in Pakistan – we proudly celebrated our first cohort of graduates in 2025.
BANO QABIL
Pakistan’s youth hold immense potential, yet nearly 34% of young people are without jobs. To address this challenge, we provided 25 different IT courses to 1.2million registered students through 120+ IT centres in 40 cities.
